SpenCoLLC Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of these regions.

2. Shipping Costs

• We offer calculated shipping based on the weight and destination of the order.
• Free shipping is available for domestic orders totaling $75 or more.
• All shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

3. Processing Time

• Most products are printed on demand and require at least 5 business days for processing before shipping.
• Limited edition prints are available for pre-order and will be processed and shipped 7 days after the official release date.
• Orders are typically shipped together; however, items may arrive in separate packages.

4. Delivery Time

• Standard shipping times range from 5-14 days, depending on the item's specifics, order quantity, and complexity.
• We primarily use USPS for shipping. Tracking information will be provided once the carrier supplies it.

5. Shipping Issues and Insurance

• If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us at help@spencollc.com for assistance.
• We include USPS insurance up to $100 for most shipments. If the value exceeds $100 and a claim cannot be resolved through USPS, please reach out to help@spencollc.com for further support.
• We will notify you via email if any circumstances affect your order's delivery.

6. Returns and Exchanges Related to Shipping

• If you receive an incorrect or defective item, SpenCoLLC will cover the return shipping costs.
• We exercise a no-return policy at our sole discretion for other cases.

7. No International Orders
Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S. and Canada.

8. Multiple Shipping Addresses
Each order must be processed separately. We do not ship to multiple addresses from a single transaction.
